By accessing or using protradeusa.com, submitting a workforce request, or applying for work through ProTrade USA ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

ProTrade USA connects businesses with skilled trades and technology infrastructure professionals and provides end-to-end staffing, payroll, and compliance support. We act as a staffing intermediary and do not guarantee placement, wages, or specific terms between parties except as documented in a separate signed agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States to apply for jobs or request labor through our services. Employers must be authorized representatives of their organization.

By submitting your phone number and consenting on our forms, you authorize ProTrade USA to contact you via SMS and phone calls using automated telephone dialing systems and prerecorded messages, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P 10DLC messaging standards.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (typically 1–10 messages per month). Message types include application status updates, scheduling confirmations, job opportunity alerts, and follow-up inquiries. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, by emailing parker@protradeusa.com, or by calling (336) 420-4897. For help, reply HELP. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Providing your phone number and consenting to SMS/calls is optional and will not affect your ability to submit a form or use our website; it simply allows us to follow up with you by text and phone.

You affirm that the phone number(s) you provide are yours and that you are authorized to consent to communications at that number. You agree to notify us if the number changes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including contact details, qualifications, certifications, and project descriptions. ProTrade USA may decline or remove listings, applications, or communications that are inaccurate, misleading, or infringe the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or business
• Use our services for unlawful, discriminatory, or harassing purposes
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of our systems

All site content — including logos, illustrations, text, and design — is the property of ProTrade USA and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. The flat custom illustrations and branding may not be reused without written permission.

Our site integrates third-party tools including GoHighLevel (CRM and SMS), booking widgets, and analytics providers. Your interactions with those services are subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProTrade USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including any staffing outcomes or third-party communications.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProTrade USA from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information you provide.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in North Carolina unless otherwise agreed.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Check the "last updated" date above for revisions.
